These terms
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. One Worship Scotland may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
Events and tickets
Tickets for our gatherings are sold and administered by Eventbrite, under Eventbrite's own terms. Any refund, transfer or entry question about a ticket is governed by those terms and by the conditions shown when you book.
We may need to change a venue, a date or a line-up. Where an event is free, no compensation is payable for such a change. Where you have paid, the ticketing terms determine what happens.
Giving
Donations are processed by Stripe. Giving is voluntary and, because a gift is not a purchase, donations are generally non-refundable. If you give in error, contact us at info@oneworshipscotland.com as soon as you can and we will do what we reasonably can to help.
Gifts fund the work described on the giving page — venues, production, outreach, media and reaching the next city. We do not guarantee that a particular gift will be spent on a particular item.
Merchandise
The shop is not yet open and no orders can be placed. When it opens, sale terms including delivery and returns will be published before you are asked to pay.
Using the site properly
Please do not misuse this site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, no interfering with how it runs, no scraping it at volume, and nothing unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.
Anything you submit through a form must be your own information and accurate. Do not submit anything offensive, or anything you do not have the right to share.

The name One Worship Scotland, our logo, and the text, images, films and music on this site belong to us or to the people we licence them from. You may share and link to our pages. You may not reproduce our material commercially without written permission.

We link to services such as Stripe and Eventbrite. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Availability and liability
We publish this site in good faith and try to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not promise either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from its being unavailable.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your information
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
